Eachus Tallies, Pirates Tie Van Buren

(BLUFFTON) - Sophomore Riley Eachus headed in Bluffton's lone goal of the game nine minutes into the second half. Reagan Mittendorf assisted on the score which staked Bluffton a 1-0 lead which lasted for 20 minutes. The visiting Knights knocked in the game tying score with 11 minutes to go and the match ended in a 1-1 draw.
The Pirates outshot the Knights 10-7 with Pirate keeper Julia Mehaffie grabbing four saves.
The Pirates are now 1-2-1 on the season.
