Softball Wins Seventh Straight

(BLUFFTON) - Libby Schaadt pitched a one hitter and drove in two runs as the Lady Pirate softball team won their seventh straight contest.  Bluffton is now 13-4 on the season and 4-3 in Northwest Conference play. 

Bluffton scored a run in each of the first three innings to stake Schaadt to a lead.  Schaadt went 2/2 at the plate with a double and two runs batted in.  Brinkley Garmatter also doubled and scored a run. Averey Rumer picked up a single and scored as well.  Kayla White singled for BHS.  Bluffton had five hits on the day and it was enough for the win. 

Schaadt struck out ten Lancers and walked two as she improved to 12-4 on the season.
