Belcher Medalist, Team Wins Quad

(BLUFFTON) - Aaron Belcher took medalist honors as the Pirates returned to their home course at Bluffton Golf Club and picked up three victories over Lincolnview, Allen East and Ada along the way.  

Jordan Siefer fired a season low 46.  Seniors Cole Fruchey & Braeden Edwards aided the winning scores with 47 and 48 respectively.  Also playing for BHS but not scoring in the team tally were Drew Wilson (53) and Carson Krupp (67).   

Match 4 : Spencerville 168 / Lincolnview 175 / Jefferson 195 / Bluffton 197

(LIMA) - Aaron Belcher shot a team best 39 as Bluffton finished fourth in a Northwest Conference match at Tamarac Golf Course Monday. Senior Cole Fruchey carded a 48, Drew Wilson 54 and Braeden Edwards 56.  

Match 3 : Arlington 194  Bluffton 198

(ARLINGTON) - Bluffton lost a close match at Arlingtom's Sycamore Springs Golf Course Thursday morning.  Aaron Belcher was the low man for both teams with a 40.  Cole Fruchey shot a season low 43, Braeden Edwards 53 and Mack Burner 62.  Carson Krupp shot 70.

Match 2 : Allen East Colonial Invite

(LIMA) - The boys placed 13th of 20 team  Aaron Belcher was the Pirate low man shooting a 77. Perry's Logan Dray was medalist with a 75  

Cole Fruchey shot 92, Braeden Edwards 95 and Jordan Siefer 125 for a team score of 389.  Shawnee won the event with a 326. 

Match 1 : Liberty Benton Invite

(ARLINGTON) - The boys golf team opened the 2017 season with a seventh place finish at Sycamore Springs Golf Club in the Liberty Benton Invite.  Thirteen teams competed in the tournament with Bath winning the match.  

Bluffton was led by senior Aaron Belcher who shot a 79 on the day.  The medalist was Miller from Bath who shot 78.

Cole Fruchey shot 94 and Braeden Edwards 96 for BHS.  Rouding out the Pirate scorecard was Drew Wilson (116) and Jordan Siefer (129).
